They only remember the bad things you see. I was born poor with little to offer to the world many pitted me others ignored me as if I didn't exist. My parents abandon me at a young age so throughout my life I was forced to lie steal and cheat just to make ends meet.
All of the treasures in the world couldn't fill the hole in my heart. I was missing something..something very important-love. I needed someone of my very own to love and nurture in the way that I wasn't. So on the day that I found a woman weeping in the castle I thought that was my only chance. Maybe if I could do something for her she would provide me with a child to fill the void.
After helping her two times essentially saving her life she required assistance a third time, But she had nothing to offer me after giving up her ring and necklace. That is when I offered a deal if she promised me her first born child I would help her a third time,this time she would marry the king. She agreed! So I helped her a third time doing the task the king required.
Once she was married and bore a child I came to collect her debt. She refused..after I did everything in my power she refused to give me the only thing that would make me happy and my life complete. I was not prepared to let that beautiful baby go without a fight so I told the new found queen that we would play a game and If she could guess my name she could keep her child if after three days she did not know the baby was mine to love forever.
Each day I came back and she had not yet found out my name. On the third day I had returned she went through a couple of names until to my surprise she calls out "rumplestilskin!" With a wide smile. I was so angry I stumped and jumped until my foot was stuck in the ground. This was not fair! I've waited my entire life for a baby to have and hold and in that instant she ripped away all of my hopes and dreams.
I lost my leg after that little fit I had and grew bitter in my years. You see everyone deserves the kind of special love you can't find anywhere else even me. I still hope that I find that love someday but until then I will plot my revenge on the queen for destroying everything I've ever hoped for. I am not a bad person like people have made me out to be I am lonely and loveless that's enough to drive anyone completely mad. So before you judge me imagine your life without love and think what you would have done.

Hero-Understanding Beowulf
My group discussed the qualities of a hero being overall rounded. They need to be brave, smart, and morally sound among many other qualities.
Before you focus on anything else as a hero you need to be morally correct. I believe that being morally centered is the most important out of the three characteristics because it not only involves knowing right from wrong but also pairs that with an understanding of humanity. Strength and intellect are extremely important however if you do not posses the moral knowledge that all people should then how much of a hero could you really be? when it comes down to what needs to be done or who needs too be saved your moral disposition is what will make the decision for you. take a moment to think-If there was a small child and an adult male with much to offer, the smart thing to do would be to save the man that can contribute the most however the moral thing to do would be save the child considering the man has had a chance to live out most of his life while the child has not. moral values can be bounced back and fourth between people, But for the most part it generally comes back to what most people as a whole believe to be right. Choosing what is right is far more important than choosing what is best or most beneficial.

What is old English? Many people refer to Shakespeare as old however the truth is Shakespeare is far more simple and understandable than old English. Old English is the language of the Anglo-Saxons. It has a largely Germanic vocabulary with words very recognizable in today's English. Old English was considered a language of the uneducated after scholars and artisans took to French however it is one of the hardest languages to understand.
Over many centuries the English language has involved as well as the standards of speaking even though people who speak a certain way are still judge as uneducated. Some words such as leg, arm, and freckle have not changed and are still have the same meaning in today's culture. Before using these words would mean you're uneducated in some way however now it is common ground for everyone.

Blog post-autism
What is autism? Autism spectrum disorder or (ASD) is a complex disorder of brain development. Symptoms are identified by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors. Autism is one of the fastest-growing developmental disorders in the U.S and that may be due to the chemicals put into our food that timmerman mentions such as arsenic and other pesticides.
In my last blog post I discussed the chemicals injected into our food and the fda, I stated that if they do not do their job, as they should, they are putting many lives at risk of disease and death. As I predicted based on the information timmerman provided us with this disease has become more frequent in children throughout the united states. In 2012 one in sixty-six children were diagnosed with autism, the statistic has risen to "one in eighty-eight"(timmerman).
The cause for such a drastic increase in the statistic ,like anything else in the book, lies within the food we consume daily. In the most simple scientific term autism is due to a genetic mutation, this mutation can be caused by a multitude of reason however the chemicals in the food have become the main reason. Before a child is born they have no choice but to trust their mother, that is their life source ,for the first nine months they feed off of her, without realizing she not only consumes this dangerous unhealthy produce for herself but her child as well which in turn affects their development.
Children and babies are the most vulnerable, they have to accept what they are given as a meal. Instead of really looking into what they feed their children most parents just go with what is convenient and I feel as though that method has proven itself useless considering the effects its had on people in the united states.
